Cool off on a hot day with this super refreshing blend of Matua Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, lemon juice, honey and sparkling water!
1. In the jar, mix together lemon juice, honey and add one third filtered water. Shake well to combine.
2. In each glass, put a handful of ice and 1/2 cup of frozen berries, then pour the lemon mixture overtop.
3. Add 150ml Matua Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc to each glass, then top with sparkling water.
4. Stir gently to combine, garnish with mint and serve immediately
