This rosé take on a classic French 75 cocktail is made with gin and honey for a delicious variation.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Matua Rosé
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 2 lemon twists

DIRECTIONS

  1. In cocktail shaker, combine rosé, ice cubes, gin, lemon juice and honey. Shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into 2 glasses. Top up with sparkling water; garnish with lemon twists.

TIPS

Substitute vodka for gin if preferred.
