These slushy cocktails are perfect for hot summer days.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle (750 mL) Matua Rosé
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 grapefruit, thinly sliced into half-moons

DIRECTIONS

  1. Divide rosé, sparkling water and grapefruit slices among six 1-cup resealable freezer plastic bags (place bags in cups or bowls so it is easy to pour and seal).
  2. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until frozen.
  3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. To serve, poke with straws.

TIPS

  • Use lemon-lime sparkling water if preferred.
  • For an even slushier experience, give them a whirl in a high-powered blender!
