CWSA Awards 2016

Last month the China Wine & Spirits Awards 2016 were held, the biggest and most prestigious wine and spirits competition in China. 100 judges are selected from a pool of top importers, distributors, retailers and sommeliers from across the country. Blind tastings of wines and spirits from 55 countries are used to determine the winners

So we were thrilled that Matua's Regional Range whites won two medals at the CWSA 2016, a credit to their quality but also their suitability of style for the Chinese market - now the fastest growing wine market in the world.

Matua Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2015 was awarded a Gold medal, while the Matua Marlborough Pinot Gris 2015 won Silver.
