Peach Sangria Popsicles 24 August 2021 These lovely sangria ice pops make refreshing cocktail-on-a-stick. Prep time: 15 minutes Total time: 8 hours Serves: 12 INGREDIENTS 2 cups Matua Sauvignon Blanc 3/4 cup peach-flavored sparkling water 1 peach, pitted and sliced into wedges 1/2 cup sliced strawberries DIRECTIONS Stir together wine and sparkling water; set aside. Divide peaches and strawberries evenly among twelve 1/3-cup ice pop molds. Pour wine mixture over top. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm. TIPS Any fruit-flavored sparkling water would be great in this recipe. Substitute raspberries for strawberries if desired.
