Matua wine cocktail recipe for Rosemary Rose Spritzer

Fragrant rosemary, sweet-tart pink grapefruit juice and light-bodied white rum all complement Matua Rosé in this refreshing spritzer.

  • 1 cup Matua Rosé
  • 1/2 cup pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Sparkling water


  1. In measuring cup, combine grapefruit juice, rum and simple syrup. Fill two stemless wine glasses with ice cubes; divide juice mixture between them.
  2. Divide wine between glasses; stir gently. Garnish with rosemary and top up with sparkling water.


Substitute white rum for vodka or gin if desired.
